They have extensive experience in identifying the areas where disputes may arise and, by preparing for such situations at the outset of a project, they aim to reduce the likelihood of costly disputes at a later stage. Their construction procurement team are regularly involved in drafting and negotiating contracts on a wide range of projects for example, in the retail, leisure, office, warehouse and housing sectors.
Although not engaged directly by MMS, Maurice Young Construction has been instructed by the firm to prepare expert opinion reports relating to alleged construction defects concerning ammonia refrigeration plant.
